Image Optimizer Pro streamlines the entire process, making it simple, fast, and effective. Follow the steps below to ensure every image and asset on your site is fully optimized for speed and quality.
Optimize Images
Image Optimizer Pro offers both manual and automatic options for optimizing images:
Go to Resource Optimizer > Optimize Images, then choose either Automatic or Manual Optimization.
Let's get started with:
Automatic Optimization
Your images are automatically compressed to the best possible size without affecting visual quality. Once optimized, the images are automatically updated on your website.
Please note: The sections of images we can optimize (such as product images, categories, etc.) and the formats we can convert them to (including JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF) may vary depending on your website platform (e.g., Wix, Shopify, etc.).
How to Optimize Images Automatically
- Go to the Resource Optimizer section, then navigate to Optimize Images.
- Click Start Automatic Optimization, and follow the on-screen instructions.
- The system will process all images on your website, optimize them, and update them automatically. The time required depends on the total number of images but usually quick.
Manual Optimization
You can control how much of the image quality you want to compress by default for all the uploaded images.
- Go to the Resource Optimizer section, then navigate to Optimize Images.
- Click the Upload Images to Optimize button.
- Choose files and upload the images you want to optimize. You can select multiple images at once.
- Before hitting upload make sure to choose the required format as by default it will be converted to WEBP.
- Once the files are uploaded, you will see the optimized images instantly and can download them right away to use them wherever you want.
Optimize Videos
Here is how you can optimize and convert videos using Image Optimizer Pro
- Go to Resource Optimizer and select Optimize Videos.
- Once you are redirected to the page, click Upload Videos to Optimize.
- Choose and upload the videos you want to optimize.
- The system will automatically begin optimizing your files.
- Preview the optimized videos, check the new size and compression percentage, then download them individually or in a batch.
Preview the optimized video and download it instantly.
Converting Videos to MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, and MKV
Once your video is uploaded and optimized, you can convert it into any supported format, including MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, and MKV.
Go to Manual Compression > choose your preferred Video Format >Download Compressed Video.
Minify JavaScript & CSS
Here is how you can minify JavaScript & CSS files using Image Optimizer Pro
- Go to Resource Optimizer and select Minify JavaScript or Minify CSS that suits your needs
- Click Upload JavaScript/CSS to Minify and choose the file.
- The system will automatically begin the minification process.
- Review the optimized file size and compression percentage, then download the files individually or as a batch.
Understanding & Managing Your Credits
Each Plan offers a specific number of credits per month. Choose your plan according to your specific needs. We offer several plans to choose from.
Check Available Credit Balance:
- Access Your Dashboard: Log in to your Image Optimizer Pro Account/dashboard.
- Credit Balance: Your current credit balance will be prominently displayed at the top header and in the bottom left corner. In the format: Available Credits/Total Credits
Example: In the below example, we have 39981 credits left out of 40,000.
Upgrading Your Plan
If your credits are running low or you need higher optimization volumes or more additional features, you can easily upgrade your plan right from the dashboard:
- When you are logged in, you will Upgrade Plan option at the top header and in the bottom left corner along with the available credits.
- Select from the Starter, Grow, or Advance plan that suits your needs.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your plan upgrade. Your new credits will be immediately available.
Note: In case Wix and Shopify, this process will redirect you to your respective platform dashboard for plan management.
